Allhallows Museum is in the centre of the High Street, beside St Paul's Church.

Honiton is on the main A30/A303 road from London, 14 miles east of Exeter. The main Waterloo to Exeter line runs through Honiton. A taxi service operates from the station forecourt, though the Museum is within walking distance.

Public car parks are signposted. The town has one hour parking in the High Street and a Car Park, with toilets is 200 metres away.

There is wheelchair access to the Norman and Nicol Galleries by the red door beyond the main entrance. Ring the doorbell for assistance.

Access to the Murch Gallery is by stairlift and a  wheelchair is available upon request.
